Job description

We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and deploy advanced autonomous AI systems capable of multi-step reasoning, tool usage, and dynamic decision-making. You will architect and implement scalable agent frameworks that integrate LLMs, APIs, external tools, and enterprise systems to automate complex workflows for datacenter operations.

This role requires deep expertise in modern AI systems, strong software engineering skills, and hands-on experience building production-grade AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic AI systems with planning, memory, and tool orchestration
• Build and maintain multi-agent architectures for collaborative problem solving
• Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, vector stores, and enterprise platforms
• Develop agent reasoning pipelines (ReAct, tree-of-thought, reflection loops, etc.)
• Optimize prompt engineering, system instructions, and tool schemas
• Ensure reliability, observability, and evaluation of AI agent outputs
• Establish guardrails, safety constraints, and monitoring mechanisms
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to define AI strategy

Required Experience/Skills/Certs/Education:

Core AI & Agentic Systems
• Strong experience with large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-weight models)
• Experience building agent frameworks using tools such as:
o LangGraph / LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI
• Custom agent orchestration systems
• Deep understanding of Prompt engineering, Tool calling / function calling, Multi-agent coordination patterns
• Experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
• Senior-level proficiency in Python and/or Powershell
• Strong software architecture and system design skills
• API integration
• Monitoring & logging

Required Experience:
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 2+ years working with LLM-based systems or AI applications
• Demonstrated experience building production AI agents (not just prototypes)
• Experience collaborating with and mentoring peers
• MUST BE A US CITIZEN
• MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN THE REQUIRED AGENCY CLEARANCE (PUBLIC TRUST)

Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications/Education:
• Strong architectural thinking and systems mindset
• Ability to translate business problems into agent workflows
• Clear communication of complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ownership mentality and bias for action

Additional Provisions:
• Pass both a client mandated clearance process to include drug screening, criminal history check and credit check.
• All candidates must be a US Citizen
• Candidate must have lived in the US for the past 5 years.
• Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.)
