About Benrey
In-house creative agency operating as the content arm of a global sports entertainment brand. We produce high-level content for social media, digital campaigns, social series, and special projects with international talent.

The Role
Full-time editor and post-producer with advanced motion graphics skills, integrated into our creative team. Remote role with availability for on-site production calls in south Mexico City.

What You’ll Do
• Edit and post-produce short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Post-produce longer formats: podcasts, social series, and editorial video content
• Create motion graphics for brand pieces and show visual elements
• Assist on-site during production calls
• Collaborate directly with creative direction to maintain visual and brand consistency
What You Need
• Advanced proficiency in the Adobe suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Proven experience in motion graphics for branded content
• Portfolio featuring work for premium or high-profile brands
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment: fast turnarounds, multiple projects, constant iteration
• Strong editorial judgment — we’re looking for someone who proposes, not just executes
• Based in Mexico City or the metropolitan area
Nice to Have
• Knowledge and general culture in the world of sports
• Specific experience in short-form content for social platforms
• Previous experience in an agency or high-volume production environment

Editor y post-productor con dominio avanzado de motion graphics integrado a nuestro equipo creativo de tiempo completo. Rol remoto con disponibilidad para llamados de producción presenciales al sur de la CDMX.

Qué harás
• Edición y post-producción de contenido short-form (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Post-producción de formatos más largos: podcasts, series sociales y contenido editorial en video
• Motion graphics para piezas de marca y elementos visuales de shows
• Asistencia en llamados de producción presenciales
• Colaboración directa con dirección creativa para mantener coherencia visual y de marca
Qué necesitas
• Dominio avanzado de la suite de Adobe (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Experiencia comprobable en motion graphics aplicado a contenido de marca
• Portafolio con trabajo para marcas premium o de alto perfil
• Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de startup: entregas rápidas, múltiples proyectos, iteración constante
• Criterio editorial propio — no buscamos a alguien que solo ejecute, sino que proponga
• Residencia en CDMX o zona metropolitana
