Job Title: Cideon / NextLabs Application SME (Techno-Functional – 70% Technical / 30% Functional) (remote) Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Cideon / NextLabs Application Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong experience in CAD, PLM, and enterprise data migration. The role focuses on leading end-to-end CAD/engineering data migration initiatives using CIDEON tools, along with ensuring secure and compliant integrations using NextLabs solutions.
This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong expertise in CAD–PLM ecosystems, data migration strategies, and system integrations, along with the ability to collaborate closely with program and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute end-to-end migration of CAD and engineering data using CIDEON tools
Develop and implement migration strategies including data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
Drive migration planning, execution, and tracking aligned with program milestones and delivery timelines
Collaborate with program managers and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery within scope, quality, and schedule
Support enterprise system integration between CAD, PLM, and downstream systems
Ensure secure access control, compliance, and policy enforcement using NextLabs solutions
Define and enforce data governance, validation rules, and migration standards
Troubleshoot integration and migration issues across CAD–PLM environments
Technical Skills & Experience
