Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of complex digital initiatives across multiple domains, including omnichannel platforms, loyalty systems, marketplaces, and front-end digital products. The ideal candidate is highly execution-focused, metrics-driven, and experienced in delivering large-scale digital programs from initiation through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes
• Manage cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, engineers, QA, release, and operations
• Drive Agile ceremonies, planning, and execution while ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Develop and maintain project documentation, reporting dashboards, and executive-level status updates using Confluence
• Manage work tracking, sprint execution, and backlog prioritization using Jira
• Build and nurture strong collaboration across distributed teams
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve delivery efficiency and knowledge management
• Support the integration and adoption of AI agents and LLM-based tools within project workflows
• Ensure governance, quality assurance, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
• Continuously improve delivery processes using data-driven insights and Agile best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on digital project delivery
• Proven experience delivering complex digital initiatives (e.g., omnichannel, loyalty platforms, marketplaces, front-end systems)
• Strong expertise with Atlassian tools, particularly Jira and Confluence
• Demonstrated experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Track record of managing large, cross-functional, distributed teams
• Strong experience managing project budgets and financial tracking
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in metric-driven environments with Agile delivery frameworks
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and GitHub Copilot
• Experience building or leveraging AI agents in delivery or operational workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
• CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification or equivalent Agile certification
• Experience working in fast-paced, enterprise-scale digital transformation programs
