  • Create and configure Copilot Studio agents, including workflows, prompts, instructions, skills, custom connectors, and handoff experiences.
  • Develop integrations with Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Apply large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering techniques, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and knowledge grounding approaches to enhance agent performance, accuracy, and reliability.

Job description

This is a remote position.

As an AI Developer, you will combine technical consulting with hands-on software development, specializing in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, and Microsoft 365.

Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement intelligent, scalable AI solutions that enable clients to automate business processes, enhance user experiences, and deliver measurable business value.

In this role, you will work closely with functional and technical specialists, consultants, and solution architects in our client's team, contributing to successful client engagements while continuously expanding your own technical expertise.

Given the rapid pace of innovation within Microsoft's AI ecosystem, you will also be expected to stay up to date with the latest developments across Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and the broader Microsoft AI landscape, proactively applying new capabilities where they create value.

  • Design, develop, and implement AI-powered agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, and Microsoft 365.

  • Contribute to solution architecture, technical design, implementation strategies, and platform best practices.

  • Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and deliver impactful AI and automation solutions.

  • Support solution testing, debugging, documentation, maintenance, and continuous optimization.

  • Stay current with the latest advancements across Microsoft AI technologies, including Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
