About BGTS BGTS is a software and technology services company with 30 years of experience and 1,800+ professionals across the UK, Europe, and Türkiye. From our Düsseldorf office, we help organisations succeed through engineering expertise — across banking and financial services, AI, ITSM, and DevOps, partnering with Microsoft, AWS, and ServiceNow.


We're growing in the German market, and we're looking for someone to help lead that growth.


This is a role for someone who likes to build. You'll open doors, create new relationships, and turn conversations into long-term partnerships. You won't wait for leads to land on your desk, instead you'll go find them, own them, and see them through.


What you'll do

  • Identify and win new business across the German market
  • Build and manage your own pipeline from first contact to signed deal
  • Understand client challenges and connect them to the right BGTS solutions
  • Work closely with our technical and delivery teams to shape proposals
  • Represent BGTS at client meetings and industry events across Germany


What we're looking for

  • 4–8 years of business development or B2B sales experience, ideally in IT services or technology
  • A self-starter who takes ownership and thrives on driving things forward
  • Fluent German and English (Mandatory)
  • Comfortable working independently and travelling across Germany as needed
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
