Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our international project team.

What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and manage software development projects from initiation to delivery.
  
• Define project timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
  
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of scope within agreed constraints.
  
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, and Technical Leads.
  
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure alignment on project goals.
  
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports and status updates.
  
• Ensure quality assurance processes are followed and delivery standards are met.
  

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management within software or IT environments.
  
• Strong experience in project planning, timeline management, and budget control.
  
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination.
  
• Experience in risk tracking, issue management, and delivery oversight.
  
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  
• Strong English communication skills.
  

Nice to have

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  
• Experience using Azure DevOps or similar project tracking tools.
  
• Experience working with international and distributed teams.
  
• Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) environments.
