This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our international project team.


What you'll do

  • Lead the technical design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and quality.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct code reviews and establish technical standards to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Make technical decisions and proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support delivery planning and oversee the implementation of technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives and drive improvements in development processes where applicable.


What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in software development, with proven experience in a Technical Lead or similar leadership role.
  • Strong experience in software architecture design and technical solution development.
  • Hands-on experience conducting code reviews and defining technical standards.
  • Proven ability to mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
  • Experience making technical decisions, managing technical risks, and driving delivery excellence.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Strong English communication skills.


Nice to have

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar application lifecycle management tools.
  • Experience with automation and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience working with international and cross-functional teams.
