Job description

At Levno, we're helping farmers make smarter decisions through real-time on farm insights and technology.

After successfully growing across New Zealand, we're now expanding into Victoria and looking for someone to help establish our presence in one of Australia's most important dairy regions.


This isn't your typical sales role. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a brand new territory, become the face of Levno in Victoria, and play a key role in shaping how we grow in the market.

You will spend your time on-farm building relationships, identifying opportunities, installing and supporting our technology, and helping farmers get the most value from our solutions.

This role offers a rare combination of autonomy, variety, travel, customer engagement, and the opportunity to make a genuine impact.


What you will  be doing:

  • Grow Levno's presence across Victoria by building relationships, generating new business opportunities and developing a strong customer network.
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline, with the freedom to shape how you approach the market.
  • Install, support and troubleshoot Levno technology on-farm, ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience.
  • Act as the face of Levno in the region, representing the brand with confidence at customer meetings, industry events and field days.
  • Share market insights, customer feedback and emerging opportunities with the wider team to help shape our Victorian growth strategy.


What we are  looking for:

  • Experience in sales, account management or business development.
  • Knowledge of the dairy or broader agricultural industry.
  • Confidence building relationships and earning trust with farmers.
  • Strong self-management and organisational skills.
  • A practical, hands-on approach to solving problems.
  • Experience working independently and managing your own territory.

Most importantly, you will  be someone who thrives with autonomy, enjoys being on the road, and doesn't need someone looking over your shoulder to get things done.
