What will you be doing?:

As a Junior Business Risk Advisor, you will play a key role in helping organizations identify and manage risks and controls. Together with more experienced colleagues, you work on various business risk-related projects such as Internal Audit, Risk Management and Internal Control. Your key responsibilities will be :  

 

  • Assess business processes from a risk and control point of view;  
  • Identifying and assessing vulnerabilities in clients’ control environments or processes through interviews and the inspection of systems and documents;  
  • Add value to clients by formulating pragmatic and tailored recommendations;  
  • Manage multiple concurring projects & ensuring timely delivery.  

You will work as part of a team that helps to ensure that the strategies and operations of our clients align with their objectives. As a team you will provide independent, critical advice to develop tailored internal control frameworks and optimize business processes. 

What do you bring to the table?:
  • You will graduate with a Master’s degree in Business Economics or equivalent.
  • If you were to describe yourself, one of the first terms to come to mind would be “flexible”. Juggling multiple deadlines or dealing with several different files on the same day? A piece of cake for you.
  • You take ownership of your responsibilities, are pragmatic in your approach, and work well within a team.
  • You communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to clients.
  • You are tech-savvy, with familiarity in audit tools and AI considered a plus.
  • You are willing to travel as needed, both within Europe and internationally, and adaptable to diverse client environments.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, or French and English. Knowledge of all three is a plus.
