  • Integrate library content with Interior Architecture and Décor design logic, schedules, and documentation workflows across all project stages.
  • Collaborate with the Resource Centre to convert curated products and materials into usable digital assets.
  • Support and drive BIM EXCO initiatives, deliverables, and strategic objectives.

BIM Standards & Documentation

  • Maintain compliance with office BIM standards and procedures and stay informed of updates.

  • Produce reports and insights for Principals to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in testing and validation of new BIM tools, applications, and workflows.
  • Support complex modelling requirements and provide Revit-related assistance to project teams.
  • Assist with Revit audits and quality assurance processes.

Training & Continuous Learning

  • Complete BIM Learning Management System (LMS) content as assigned.
  • Attend training sessions and actively contribute to team learning and development.
  • Assist with compiling training summaries, guides, and educational resources.
  • Support the ongoing development of BIM capability within the business.
