What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will work 100% on one of our key pharmaceutical clients
Leading and providing support in all aspects of multiple, large projects from initial briefing to successful delivery and closing, including logistics, participant management and project content
Cooperate with all teams assigned to an event and ensure adherence to the client’s operational standards, tools and processes
Be the main point of contact for our clients and drive effective stakeholder management across all internal and external partners
Act as an advisor to client on matter of successful project delivery
Monitor timelines and event budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
Operate confidently under pressure, managing last‑minute changes while maintaining full compliance
What you’ll bring

Experience & skills
5+ years of event project management experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry within an event agency
Knowledge of healthcare regulations in Germany and internationally
Budget creation, management, and consolidation experience
Ability to be highly resilient, keep calm under pressure, and comfortable operating in environments with complex processes and strict deadlines
Proficiency with delegate management tools, particularly with Cvent
Fluency in spoken and written English and German (No scrambled Eier at egg, bitte.)
