This role requires exceptional judgment, strong communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups. You should be someone who can quickly ramp up in unfamiliar technical domains, make independent decisions, and bring structure to complex or fast-moving situations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and logistics for senior leader(s) and their broader organization(s)
  • Track action items, deadlines, inbound requests, and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders and initiatives
  • Build and maintain organizational systems to prioritize competing tasks and ensure timely execution
  • Manage communications across inbox, Slack, and other channels with strong attention to detail
  • Support urgent or time-sensitive vendor, infrastructure, or operational needs, including outside standard business hours when necessary
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information, materials, and updates for meetings
  • Support travel logistics, conferences, events, and site-related coordination in partnership with relevant internal teams
  • Provide seamless and professional experiences for visitors, partners, vendors, and external stakeholders
  • Assist with ad-hoc operational projects, including gathering information directly, solving problems, and driving outcomes
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives in a high-volume environment
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholder groups
  • Experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or busy technical teams
  • Experience in data center construction, infrastructure, research operations, hardware, custom silicon, or adjacent technical environments preferred
  • Prior experience as a Technical Program Manager, Operations Specialist, Executive Business Partner, or similar role is a strong plus
  • Experience owning or helping lead a launch, initiative, or project from planning through execution
  • Comfortable making independent decisions and driving work forward with minimal oversight
  • Quick learner with experience working across multiple industries, technical domains, or complex business environments
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack for day-to-day collaboration
  • Excellent time management, written communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a track record of flawless execution
  • Positive, calm, and professional communication style with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Preferred Background

  • Experience in a medium-sized company environment
  • Background supporting technical, infrastructure, compute, hardware, data center, or research operations teams
  • Strong security mindset and understanding of data protection and privacy best practices
  • Comfort working in Slack-heavy communication environments
  • Interest in supporting mission-driven technical teams working on advanced technology
