We’re seeking an AR Specialist to join us. This is a remote position. 

What you’ll do:
  • Follow up on claims rejections and denials
  • Identify billing issues
  • Communicate with insurance companies for status on outstanding claims
  • Work daily correspondence work files
  • Process and follow up on appeals
  • Resolve correspondence issues
What you’ll bring to Zotec:
  • AR follow-up experience
  • Ability to understand, analyze and interpret medical billing documentation and data
  • Strong willingness to learn new technologies, concepts, and ways to work cross functionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Skilled in identifying and addressing issues and using critical thinking to find innovative solutions
  • Capable of prioritizing workflow and working within deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Must be detail oriented, be able to work independently, and manage multiple projects
  • High school diploma or equivalent
