POSITION SUMMARY | |||
| The Solutions Lead, Development is responsible for providing technical leadership across complex MES/MOM and digital manufacturing implementations. This role leads development strategy, ensures code quality, mentors development resources, and partners cross-functionally to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions for clients. The Solutions Lead serves as both a hands-on senior developer and a technical authority, guiding architecture decisions, enforcing standards, and supporting enterprise-level deployments across manufacturing environments. | |||

WORKING CONDITIONS: Office working environment subject to sitting at a desk for long periods of time, bending, crouching, or kneeling at files, pushing/pulling of file drawers, reaching in all directions, and prolonged periods of time working at a computer terminal. |

Geographic Location: Connected Manufacturing is currently seeking to hire the next Solutions Lead, Development in the following geographic region(s):
The anticipated salary range for this position is: (Ireland Salary Range: €85,000 – €120,000 EUR annually) Compensation will be commensurate with experience, technical expertise, certifications, and demonstrated leadership and platform experience capability. In addition, it will be aligned with local market data and structured in accordance with regional employment standards. Final compensation will be determined based on:
