HYBRID MARKETING & BUSINESS SUPPORT

POSITION

Our Client is an Australian business consulting firm specializing in workplace integrity, corporate investigations, compliance, and organisational risk management. The company partners with businesses to create safer, more accountable, and high-performing workplaces through expert-led investigations, mediation, psychosocial safety services, governance consulting, and tailored training programs.

 

JOB SUMMARY:

This role would primarily focus on digital marketing and social media support, while also assisting with reporting, administration, coordination, and executive support tasks as required. The advantage of structuring the role this way is that it creates enough breadth for a consistent full-time function, while also allowing responsibilities to evolve as the business scales.


Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Marketing & Social Media (Primary Focus)  

  • Scheduling and managing social media content across platforms

  • Assisting with content creation and formatting

  • Coordinating marketing campaigns and posting schedules

  • Basic graphic design and visual content support

  • Monitoring engagement and preparing simple analytics/reporting

  • Assisting with website content updates and marketing collateral

Proposal & Report Formatting  

  • Formatting client reports and proposals into branded templates

  • Improving presentation quality and consistency of deliverables

  • Assisting with document preparation and quality checking

  • Coordinating supporting documentation and version control

Executive & Administrative Support  

  • Calendar and meeting coordination

  • Inbox and follow-up management

  • Preparing agendas, notes, and action items

  • General administration and operational support

  • Assisting with internal systems and process documentation

Client & Operational Coordination  

  • Assisting with client communication and follow-ups

  • Coordinating workflows between directors and external stakeholders

  • Tracking outstanding actions and maintaining accountability

  • Supporting business operations as new processes develop

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong digital marketing and social media coordination experience

  • Confidence using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools

  • Strong written communication and presentation skills

  • High attention to detail with formatting and documentation

  • A proactive, adaptable mindset

  • Confidence supporting multiple business functions simultaneously

  • Strong organisational and time management capability
