Roles & Responsibilities

  • BS/BA college degree preferred in business administration, finance, or marketing.
  • 8+ years of Workers Compensation claims adjusting experience with increasing responsibility and prior supervisory experience.
  • 3+ years claims leadership experience with a proven track record for success.
  • In-depth knowledge of Alaska and Idaho workers’ compensation laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Ensure high-level claims handling to comply with all regulatory guidelines.
  • Regularly communicate throughout the department to ensure alignment of goals.
  • Hire, develop, coach, and retain staff for optimal performance.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance Reviews and provide coaching based on results.

Job description

CopperPoint has an exciting opportunity for a fully remote Supervisor Workers Comp Claims. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team of workers’ compensation professionals, driving strong performance, high-quality claims management, and a culture of accountability and service excellence. You’ll oversee adjusters at multiple levels along with administrative staff, while collaborating with a regional team in the Pacific Northwest to deliver consistent, customer-focused results.
