  • Monitor and improve key KPIs, including forecast accuracy (MAPE), bias, service level, and inventory health, identifying root causes of forecast variation

The Demand Planning, Staff Analyst is responsible for developing and managing demand forecasts across Hardware, Consumables, and Service Parts within their assigned region.

Acting as the critical link among commercial, finance, and supply chain teams, this role translates regional market insights into an actionable demand plan that supports revenue, service-level, and inventory objectives.

This is a highly collaborative role, partnering closely with regional commercial leaders while driving alignment into the broader S&OP process.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Demand Planning, and is part of the Global Supply Chain organization, located in Spain, and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Own the end-to-end regional demand plan for Hardware, Consumables, and Service Parts, ensuring alignment to commercial outlook and financial targets
  • Analyze statistical/market forecasts, enriched with region-specific market intelligence and commercial inputs
  • Partner with regional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to align on assumptions, risks, and opportunities
  • Participate in and support the S&OP process, ensuring clear visibility to demand drivers and variability
  • Monitor and improve key KPIs, including forecast accuracy (MAPE), bias, service level, and inventory health and identify root causes of forecast variation and proactively drive corrective actions

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or S&OP/IBP environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in forecasting tools or planning systems
  • Working knowledge of APICS/ASCM principles (demand planning, inventory management, S&OP/IBP)
  • Language Requirement: Fluent in both written and spoken English

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel - 10-15%, overnight, globally
