About the Role

Supporting the Outback Spirit business this is a rare opportunity to take the reins of one of Australia's most extraordinary touring portfolios, spanning the ancient and breathtaking landscapes of either Arnhem Land, Central Australia and the Kimberley. Location of this position can be flexible. at one of our on site location. You will own the end-to-end success of your portfolio - from the quality of every guest journey to the performance of your people, the health of the P&L, and the development of new experiences that keep Outback Spirit at the front of guest experience. We are employed a General Manager per portfolio and have two vacancies available by portfolio.

This is a role for a commercial, hands on leader who wants their work to mean something by continually raising the bar on guest experience. If you want to lead with purpose in places most people only dream of seeing, this is it.

 You will be responsible for:

• Setting the tone for a high performance culture.
• Driving the safety culture.
• Directing and overseeing the financial performance to achieved the budget of the assigned portfolio.
• Maintaining and forming genuine relationships with Traditional Owners.
• Continually raising the bar on guest experience.
• The proactive management of the Net Promotor Scores (NPS).
