Job description

Position: SENIOR PAID MEDIA SPECIALIST (with AU/NZ experience, focus in Google Ads)

Salary range: up to β‚±115,000 PHP/month (The final amount will be at the the client discretion basing on the candidate’s skills and experience.)

Working Hours: Following New Zealand Timezone

Work set-up: 100% Remote work

Holidays: New Zealand Public Holidays

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Australia, the US, and New Zealand. This hands-on, execution-focused role requires precision in budget management, campaign strategy, and regulatory compliance in therapeutic goods marketing. You will oversee the full campaign lifecycle β€” from planning and launch to optimisation and reporting β€” handling monthly media spends ranging from $10K to $250K+.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, build, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across active channels (including Google Search, PMax, Display, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok).
  • Budget Ownership: Manage monthly media budgets ranging from $10K to $250K+ across multiple international accounts.
  • Strategy & Optimization: Drive audience strategy, creative testing, bidding strategies, and full-funnel performance optimization to hit KPI and ROAS targets.
  • Reporting: Deliver clear, consistent, and actionable performance reporting to non-technical clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work internally with creative, content, and web teams to enhance overall conversion performance.

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on paid media experience.
  • Deep expertise in at least one, and working knowledge across at least two of: Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads.
  • Proven experience running live campaigns in the Australian market (not just offshore AU-facing accounts).
  • Proven track record managing monthly budgets of $10K to $250K+ while consistently meeting performance targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, or Excel/Sheets.
  • Highly organized with strong systems for managing multiple client accounts and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working across AU, US, and NZ time zones.
  • Agency experience is highly preferred.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience across all three major platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok).
  • Platform certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or TikTok Ads).
  • Background in health, wellness, beauty, nutrition, or FMCG categories.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking setup, and attribution modeling.
  • Working knowledge of TGA or AHPRA advertising compliance guidelines (Note: strict regulatory experience is no longer an absolute requirement, but remains preferred).
