About the Role
We are looking for a commercially minded Finance Analyst – Revenue Insights & Partnering to join our Freight Finance team at Team Global Express.
This is a key commercial finance role partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to drive revenue performance, customer profitability, and data-led decision making across a national network of 30+ branches.
You will play a critical role in turning commercial strategy into financial outcomes, ensuring revenue and volume plans are accurately translated into branch-level execution and performance.
Primary location: Banksmeadow, NSW

What You Will Do
Partner with Sales and Product teams to improve customer profitability and revenue performance
Deliver clear, actionable financial insights to support commercial decision making
Translate national revenue and volume plans into branch-level targets across 30+ locations
Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes
Analyse customer, product, and branch performance to identify opportunities for improvement
Provide meaningful variance analysis and performance reporting
Drive alignment between Sales, Product, and Operations to improve execution consistency

About You
You are a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys partnering with the business and turning data into insight.
You will bring:
Strong experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or analytical roles
Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability
Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong working relationships
Strong business acumen, ideally in a logistics, freight, or multi-site environment
Ability to simplify complex data into clear, practical insights
A proactive, curious mindset with strong attention to detail
