At Team Global Express (TGE), we're transforming the future of freight. We're looking for an exceptional Head of Sales Operations to lead the operational backbone of our commercial function driving performance, enabling our sales teams, and delivering the systems, insights and disciplines that fuel sustainable growth.
Reporting to the General Manager – Product & Commercial Solutions, you'll play a pivotal leadership role across Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence and Sales Enablement. This is far more than a reporting role it's an opportunity to shape strategy, lead transformation and build scalable capability across one of Australia's leading logistics businesses.
What you'll be responsible for - You'll lead the strategy and execution across:
Sales Operations, CRM and commercial systems (Salesforce)
Sales planning, forecasting and pipeline governance
Performance reporting, analytics and commercial insights
Sales enablement, capability and incentive programs
Process improvement and operational excellence
Leading and developing a high-performing team while driving transformation across the commercial function
This is a highly visible leadership role that partners closely with Sales, Finance, Product, IT and Executive leaders to improve performance and deliver commercial outcomes.
About you
You're an experienced Sales Operations or Commercial Operations leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You enjoy solving complex business challenges, using data to drive decisions and creating practical solutions that improve performance.
You'll bring:
Significant experience leading Sales, Commercial or Revenue Operations within a complex B2B environment
Expertise across Salesforce, sales analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, sales planning and performance management
A track record of leading transformation, improving processes and embedding operational excellence
Outstanding stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at executive level
