Job description

We're looking for a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support the execution of our digital marketing strategy by helping manage social media channels, creating engaging content, coordinating marketing assets, and assisting with email marketing campaigns.

You'll work closely with the marketing and design teams to strengthen our online presence, engage our audience, and contribute to lead generation efforts. Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and maintain content calendars across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Create engaging social media content and write marketing copy for various campaigns.

  • Coordinate creative asset requests and briefs with the design team.

  • Track project timelines and ensure marketing deliverables are completed on schedule.

  • Support brand awareness and organic lead generation initiatives across social media platforms.

  • Assist with creating, scheduling, and sending email marketing campaigns using Brevo.

  • Manage audience segmentation and marketing follow-up sequences.

  • Monitor and report on email campaign performance, including open, click, and conversion rates.

  • Prepare weekly reports on social media performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and lead generation metrics.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.

  • Stay up to date with social media trends, content ideas, and marketing best practices.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content marketing, or a similar role (internships or freelance experience are also welcome).

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content for B2B audiences.

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok), including scheduling tools and platform analytics.

  • Experience planning and organizing content using tools such as Notion, Metricool, or similar.

  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar) as part of the content creation workflow.

  • Solid understanding of lead generation strategies and how content supports business growth.

  • Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (Brevo or similar).

  • Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.

  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Nice to Have

  • Basic Canva skills for creating simple marketing assets.

  • Experience working in B2B and/or SaaS marketing.

  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing best practices.

  • Experience creating short-form video content for social media.

  • Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools.
