Summary:
Lead the Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including conducting kickoff calls with global hiring managers, opening and managing requisitions, developing search strategies, assessing talent, guiding the interview process for both interviewers and candidates, and successfully closing candidates through the offer process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, understanding and consulting on their team’s talent needs, both external and internal, to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
Conduct Comprehensive Interviews: Perform competency-based interviews, operationalizing role requirements and hiring manager preferences to ensure consistent candidate assessments. Evaluate candidates' skill sets and competencies against Client's Magic values and job requirements.
Build Strong Stakeholder Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Finance, HR, Total Rewards, and TA Operations, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure Exceptional Candidate Experience: Deliver a positive experience for every candidate, regardless of the hiring decision, maintaining Client’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Exhibit Operational Excellence: Adhere to Client’s company and regional recruitment processes and service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring high standards of operational excellence.
Collaborate on Talent Strategy: Leverage talent intelligence and strategy to enhance recruitment outcomes.
Optimize Talent Acquisition Efficiency: Utilize strong data and reporting to maximize the efficiency and operational excellence of the Talent Acquisition process
Required Skills/Qualifications:
5+ years experience in a recruiting role, preferably within technology companies with a global presence
Fluent in English

Demonstrated success with full lifecycle recruiting and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
A strong sense of urgency and ability to keep pace with business demand in a fast-paced and challenging work environment
Strong relationship management of hiring managers to lead effective searches and drive compliant hiring practices
Excellent collaboration, communication, presentation, and team building skills
Knowledge of and adherence to local employment laws and compliance regulations
Ability to understand and analyze recruiting data
Ability to represent Client’s employer brand and serve as an ambassador for the company
