Lead resource management and allocation across program workstreams
Own customer relationship management, ensuring delivery quality and proactive communication to build long-term trust
Drive risk identification and mitigation, working cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly and effectively
Provide program leadership, streamlining processes and removing delivery roadblocks
Proactively track open issues across multiple teams to ensure timely closure
Prepare and present status reports, executive summaries and program documentation for stakeholders and leadership
