[Job-29336] Data Solution Architect, Brazil

We are looking for a  Data Solution Architect with strong experience in Data, a consultative mindset, strategic vision, and excellent communication skills to work with a client in the financial industry. This person will be responsible for connecting business and technology, participating in strategic discussions with stakeholders and leadership teams to design scalable solutions aligned with the client’s environment and architectural constraints. We are looking for someone capable of navigating across technical and business areas, driving architectural decisions and leading data-oriented solutions in a modernization and digital transformation context.

Responsibilities

Act as a bridge between business and technology, translating business needs into scalable and data-driven solutions.
Lead architectural discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
Define architectures and high-level technical direction for data solutions and system integrations.
Participate in strategic decisions related to data architecture, persistence, and modern data platforms.
Promote alignment across teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and enterprise constraints.
Act in a consultative way, supporting the client’s technology evolution and modernization initiatives.

Requirements for this challenge

Strong experience in Solution Architecture with focus on Data.
Solid background in data architecture, data modeling, data persistence, and system integration.
Experience with data-oriented solutions and modern data platforms.
Ability to interact with technical stakeholders, business teams, and leadership.
Consultative profile with the ability to drive strategic discussions and solution definitions.
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strategic mindset combined with high-level technical decision-making capabilities.
Advanced English is mandatory for meetings with leadership and global stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Experience with Databricks.
Experience with modern data ecosystems and platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle.
Experience in the financial industry.
Spanish proficiency.
Experience working in complex enterprise environments with architectural constraints.
