Job description

JOB OVERVIEW:

This position will be responsible for supporting the success of The Henry Schein Extended Warranty Program through supporting vendor relationships, executing reporting processes, and end-to-end process coordination.  This individual will work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Accounting, IT) and external partners to support the full lifecycle of extended warranty orders and claims. The ideal candidate is highly organized, and detail oriented with a strong ability to manage tasks across multiple platforms and ensure all stakeholders have the tools and information they need to serve our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Performance Tracking: Support performance tracking by preparing forecasting reports and monitoring daily sales and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure accurate visibility into program health and trends.
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Monitor and audit extended warranty contracts from order initiation through service and claims resolution, ensuring accurate records, customer satisfaction and alignment across reporting systems for full lifecycle visibility.
  • Claims & Premium Reporting: Own the monthly reporting process with insurance and manufacturing partners by thoroughly auditing claims and premium reports prepared by analytics. Ensure data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and deliver accurate, on-time submissions critical to program compliance and financial reconciliation.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee monthly data exchange and communication with approximately 14 vendors, including preparing and submitting sales files, consolidating incoming claims data, and supporting accurate vendor billing and reimbursement processes.
  • Claims Adjudication and Billing: Assist in reviewing and validating extended warranty claims to ensure compliance with program terms and eligibility criteria. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies and provide billing support.
  • Rate Sheet Development & SKU Management: Support the creation and maintenance of rate sheets and SKU lists, including generating and managing item codes to ensure accurate product identification and pricing across the extended warranty program.
  • Special Projects: Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.) and familiarity with Power BI

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: 

Typically 2 to 4 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION: 

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.

The posted range for this position is $62,893-$86,479, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.

This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
