Job description

Talent Acquisition Advisor

Salary: £32,000 – per annum, plus company benefits
Location: Remote OR Hybrid – Norwich /or Leeds
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am until 5:30pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Work model: Remote OR Hybrid

Purpose of role

The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for delivering a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment service, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure talent while ensuring a strong and consistent candidate experience.

You’ll be joining a welcoming and collaborative team with over 65 years’ combined talent acquisition experience, providing a supportive environment with plenty of opportunity to learn and develop.

Key responsibilities

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates
  • Conducting phone, virtual and in-person interviews
  • Providing timely and constructive interview feedback
  • Managing offer processes and negotiations
  • Advertising vacancies across a range of platforms
  • Proactively sourcing candidates, including headhunting
  • Providing market insight and recruitment advice to stakeholders
  • Managing candidate workflows through Workday
  • Working with external providers to ensure appropriate vetting and screening

Personal attributes

  • Previous recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy, changing workload
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
  • Experience recruiting for creative or technology roles would be a real advantage
  • Experience with Workday or a similar HRIS would be beneficial
  • Team player is key - we work together!
