Java Application Developer
Purpose
Responsible for developing and supporting into new Product Development, projects, functions and completing specific client work, projects and miscellaneous tasks while ensuring commitment and quality through to completion. This highly responsible position involves using established work procedures to Analyze, design, develop, implement, maintain, re-engineer and troubleshoot applications. Employee will participate in all phases of the software lifecycle with an emphasis on architecture, design, quality, and implementation.
Application Developer Responsibilities:
• Understanding of functional requirements for Java application backend development.
• Understanding of key concepts of application architecture.
• Experience in developing high performance robust web-based applications.
• Experience in API Development, real time streaming/actioning/response engines.
• Optimization of applications for quick TAT and response timings.
• Data preparation, extraction, understanding of data layer and basic DML operations required for catering requirement.
• Managing Java environment, analytical capabilities for quick issues resolutions.
Application Developer Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4-5 years java development in web based applications.
• A team player but can work independently too.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
