Should have exposure in Sitecore implementations purely in development.
Should be able to manage CMS/Search system configuration files and, when necessary, assists with deployments. Good in technical documentation.
Should be able to understand and gather business requirements
Should understand the software development lifecycle.
Understanding of Agile methodology.
