Strong understanding of Azure cloud computing/Public Cloud MSP
- Good hold on Cloud VM/AVD/WVD and Server technologies, including management of services
across a hybrid-cloud environment
- Capable to support Azure infrastructure support including application infrastructure support &
authentication support, cloud network connectivity, expressroute/DX connections.
- Strong experience working on Azure VM scaling, network routing & VNET configuration
- Gook knowledge on Azure Identity governance, Intersite connectivity and traffic monitoring
- Familiarity with Azure blob storage and storage security
- Provide assistance on cloud infrastructure security services
- Raise Incidents change as per the requirement & work closely with internal/external teams for
resolution
- Strong documentation skills and detailed artifacts producing skills
- Maintain all the application support team, vendors contact catalogue
- Maintain Key stakeholder distribution lists
- Keeps a track of application issues, downtimes in both planned and unplanned maintenances
- Schedule periodic process review calls with service desk, application & technical teams and
internal stakeholders
- Follows up on all mitigation and avoidance recommendations
- Provides improvement (monitoring/response/process/software) suggestions to HAEA for
approval
- Familiarity with the interworking of Web applications and relational databases
- Excellent troubleshooting skills on Windows desktops, servers hosted on virtual and cloud
infrastructures
- Ability to work efficiently across internal/external stakeholders and their alliance organizations.
- Strong understanding of Azure cloud computing and sound knowledge of AWS preferred
- Understanding of Identity Governance policies, Configuring MFA, Conditional Access policies
etc.,
- Understanding of Azure licensing and license reporting
- Good understanding of EndPoint devices, device management and governance
- Ability to produce HLD and LLD for infrastructure performing an assessment
