Role Overview
As the Head of HR / TA, you will own and lead the end-to-end HR and talent function — from hiring top-tier talent to driving performance management, employee engagement, and strategic people planning. You will work directly with the leadership team to build a world-class remote-first team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition
- Lead and scale end-to-end recruitment processes across functions.
- Build strong employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Drive hiring strategies, pipeline creation, and talent forecasting.
- Leverage data and tools to improve time-to-hire and quality of hire.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams is a must.
- Strong knowledge of modern HR tech tools, ATS platforms, and performance systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking.
