Freelance Senior Healthcare Recruiter – U.S. Staffing (Remote – Based in India)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Freelance Senior Healthcare Recruiter to support our U.S. healthcare staffing initiatives. This is a 100% remote and commission-based opportunity designed for highly motivated recruiters with strong networks and expertise in U.S. healthcare staffing.

Important Note:

• This is a commission-only role – no fixed salary.

• You must have access to your own resume database, job boards, and VOIP system to connect with U.S.-based candidates.

• No job sites, databases, or LinkedIn access will be provided by us.

• Flat $2,500 commission per placement (paid after 90 days of the candidate’s successful joining with our client).

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with management to understand hiring needs across various healthcare/clinical roles (RNs, LPNs, Physicians, Nurse Case Managers, Radiologic Technologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, etc.).

• Source, attract, and evaluate top healthcare professionals through active and passive search methods.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and supporting onboarding.

• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, background checks, and reference verifications.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals across multiple disciplines.

• Stay updated on U.S. healthcare staffing trends, credentialing, compensation insights, and compliance requirements.

• Represent our brand as a trusted healthcare recruitment partner.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment/executive search, specifically in U.S. staffing.

• Proven success in placing healthcare professionals such as RNs, LPNs, Physicians, OTs, PTs, and other clinical roles.

• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare systems, credentialing, regulations, and hiring practices.

• Excellent sourcing skills with the ability to deliver high-volume submissions.

• Own access to job boards/databases of U.S. healthcare professionals is required.

• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in English.

• Ability to work on EST or PST time zones.

• Must be comfortable working exclusively on commission basis.
