Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and identify top IT and healthcare talent across the U.S. using advanced sourcing tools and techniques.

  • Conduct targeted research on potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and specialized databases.

  • Create compelling outreach messages to engage passive and active candidates.

  • Generate a steady pipeline of interested and qualified leads for the recruitment team.

  • Forward candidate replies, profiles, and initial interest to the recruiting team for next steps in the hiring process.

  • Stay updated on sourcing trends, emerging tools, and competitive talent markets.

  • Collaborate with recruiters to align on role requirements and sourcing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Sourcer or Lead Generation Specialist, preferably in IT and Healthcare recruitment for the U.S. market.

  • Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing certifications (AIRS or equivalent) strongly preferred.

  • Strong communication and outreach skills with the ability to craft engaging candidate messages.

  • Experience in generating consistent candidate leads and passing them to recruiters.

  • Strong organizational and research skills with attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working in a fully remote setup.
