Manager, Business Transformation (Healthcare | Specialty Pharmacy | Consulting Backgrounds Welcome)

Compensation: $125,000 – $135,000 base + bonus + benefits
Location: Remote (U.S.) with travel to Boston, MA

This role is a strong transition for candidates with management consulting, healthcare strategy, or implementation experience who want to drive real and lasting impact.

You’ll lead complex healthcare implementations from strategy through execution across leading health systems.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of specialty pharmacy and healthcare programs
  • Own project plans, timelines, risks, and execution (PMO leadership)
  • Drive cross-functional workstreams (clinical, IT/EMR, AI, 340B, payer)
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful go-lives and adoption
  • Build scalable processes, playbooks, and continuous improvements
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5+ years in healthcare management consulting, or implementation roles
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership experience
  • Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience or exposure to healthcare systems, pharmacy, or clinical ops
  • Interest in AI/automation in healthcare operations

Preferred: Consulting background (Big 4 or boutique), specialty pharmacy or EMR experience, PMP/MBA
