Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in finance management/accounting/IT
  • Experience as a staff in the Data Analyst field
  • Preferred experience working in plantation companies
  • Experience in processing and analyzing data using Excel (Required)

Requirements:

  • Handle administration to support operations including harvested crops
  • Create weekly and monthly reports on harvested fruits and FFB quality for all plantation areas
  • Create monthly rainfall data reports for all plantations
  • Consolidate data from plantations across Indonesia
  • Manage all administration needed by the Area Manager Agronomy
  • Manage all administration required for Technology Transfer

Kualifikasi

1.Pendidikan S1, di jurusan manajemen keuangan/akuntansi/IT

2.Berpengalaman sebagai staff di bidang Data Analyst

3.Diprioritaskan apabila memiliki pengalaman kerja di perusahaan perkebunan.

4.Pengalaman dalam hal mengolah dan menganalisa data menggunakan Ms Excel (Harus)


Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Tujuan Utama Jabatan

Menangani administrasi untuk mendukung operasional termasuk harvested crop/Panen, Mengolah data dari semua Estate/ Kebun.

Uraian Pekerjaan Jabatan

1.Membuat laporan mingguan dan bulanan atas buah yang di panen dan juga laporan kualitas FFB untuk semua area kebun.

2.Membuat laporan data curah hujan kebun-kebun di semua kebun secara bulanan.

3.Melakukan konsolidasi data untuk kebun-kebun di seluruh Indonesia

4.Menangani segala administrasi yang dibutuhkan oleh Area Manager Agronomy

5.Menangani segala administrasi yang dibutuhkan untuk Technology Transfer.
