• Interface with contractors, architects, engineers, and clients to provide engineering and cost data regarding project feasibility.
• Prepare detailed reports or bids for submission to appropriate parties.

• Proven experience as a construction estimator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Experience with estimation software such as Bluebeam or PlanSwift is preferred.
• Familiarity with Australian construction standards and practices is advantageous.
• Willingness to undergo training in specific estimating software or to learn new software as needed.
• Interest in taking on social media responsibilities related to the construction projects.
