Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder with at least 4 years' experience in a staffing/search agency environment
  • Comfortable with doing business development/sales
  • Attained CEI certification as required by MOM
  • Self-motivated, disciplined and love to interact with people of all levels
  • Tech-savvy and not afraid of using latest technologies to headhunt candidates
