Senior Managing Consultant (EU based)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Whether you're in Warsaw, anywhere in Poland, or anywhere in the EU, you'll support high-impact engagements in the public and enterprise sectors. You'll guide teams, shape project approaches, and bring deep functional or operational expertise to help clients achieve meaningful results.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Leading multiple project workstreams and overseeing their successful execution.
• Providing expert guidance in your domain and supporting strategic decision-making.
• Facilitating workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution-design sessions.
• Preparing and presenting structured studies, recommendations, and implementation plans.
• Coaching consultants and analysts working on your projects.
• Acting as a subject-matter expert in areas such as public administration, security, law enforcement, defense, or intelligence operations.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience); Masters is a plus.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• English at B2-C1.
• One of the following certifications: PM2, PRINCE2, PMI, or Change Management (or equivalent).
• Strong background in project management or a clearly defined functional/operational domain.
• Experience consulting for public administration, security, defense, intelligence, or law enforcement organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate confidently in complex client environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present structured, practical solutions.
