ABOUT THE ROLE:

If you're in the heart of Lithuania, you'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the telco sector, working on exciting project that supports the technology needed to keep the functions fully operational.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Conducting thorough testing of functional issues within applications and coordinating the resolution of issues with development, technical, and operations teams.
• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies to verify application functionality and quality.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot testing environments to support development and release activities.
• Participate in defect triage sessions and work closely with developers to ensure timely issue resolution.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Working knowledge of test methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Perform both manual and automated testing, including test case creation, execution, and follow-up.
• Understand dependent systems and validate end-to-end integrations.
• Maintain and monitor test environments to ensure service availability.
• Coordinate with dependent teams to secure and validate test data.
• Support production stability by analyzing incidents, reproducing issues, and providing clear defect descriptions to developers.
• Drive agile ways of working by facilitating retrospectives and ensuring Scrum processes are followed.
