Responsibilities:

• Strategy Management: Take charge of our testing strategy and continuously enhance it to meet evolving requirements.
• E2E Test Environment: Assist in creating and managing end-to-end (E2E) test environments and take ownership of E2E testing, especially for new integrations and forks.
• Test Analyses: Conduct detailed analysis of test results and communicate insightful findings to the team.
• Test Automation: Lead the effort in automating test generation to ensure seamless network upgrades and hard forks without disrupting our integrations.
• Collaboration with Dev Team: Work closely with the development team to prioritize testing activities and provide support when needed.
• Error Detection: Systematically assess our blockchain to identify and resolve bugs, exploits, and logic errors, contributing to the continuous improvement of our system.
• Performance Benchmarking: Evaluate our blockchain's performance under real-world conditions and develop an automated performance test harness.

Requirements:

• Testing Expertise: A solid understanding of various testing types, including black-box and performance testing.
• Experience: professional experience in roles such as Software Developer in Test or QA Automation.
• Crypto/Decentralized Technology: Practical experience within the crypto/decentralized technology space and familiarity with working in open-source, privacy-minded communities.
• Automation & Programming: Proficiency in understanding automated processes and working with JavaScript.
• GIT & Docker: Comfortable working with GIT (Github) and Docker, along with experience in CI/CD.
• Codebase Management: Demonstrated ability to develop maintainable and well-documented codebases.
