Work changed. Pay didn’t.
Coverflex exists to make compensation work for everyone.
Pay is still rigid, fragmented, and hard to feel.
We turn compensation into choice — one platform, one card, one app — for benefits, meal allowance, insurance and more.
Our platform is simple for HR and meaningful for employees.
We provide choice, smarter compensation tools and empowerment.

This role exists to strengthen Coverflex's insurance capability by acting as the key link between insurance companies and the sales team.
You'll work closely with Account Executives, supporting them with accurate quotations and insurance expertise — ensuring customers get the right solutions, fast.
You’ll know you’re successful when, after 90 days, you’ve…
Built a consistent quotation rhythm that meets defined SLAs
Become the go-to insurance reference for the AE team
Established strong working relationships with key insurance company contacts
How we’ll measure success:
Main KPI 1: SLA compliance
Main KPI 2: Volume and accuracy of quotations delivered
Let's be real — here's what makes this role challenging:
You'll manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously — insurance companies, sales, customer success, and marketing — each with different needs and priorities
Things move fast at Coverflex, and keeping up requires you to be detail-oriented, organised, and always one step ahead
You'll need to anticipate what's coming before it becomes urgent — reactive isn't enough here
3+ years of experience in the insurance industry with solid understanding of different insurance products
Level 2 Insurance Mediation/Distribution License (or higher)
Proven B2B Sales or Customer Success experience with commercial responsibility
Self-motivated and organised — you're comfortable navigating complex workflows in a fast-changing environment
Experience negotiating with insurance partners to get the best outcomes for clients
Strong analytical skills — you're confident reading policy details and making informed recommendations
Problem-solver: when an insurance challenge lands on your desk, you dig in — you know the products, the processes, and how to unblock things fast
Collaborative by nature: Sales, CS, Ops, Marketing, Tech — you move across teams without friction
Knowledge multiplier: you become the go-to reference for health, pension, and life insurance — and you're happy to share what you know
Adaptable and curious: the insurance landscape keeps evolving, and so do you
You’ll probably find this frustrating if…
You need a super structured and clearly defined work setup to perform at your best
You prefer working in silos rather than cross-functionally
You're not comfortable with ambiguity or a fast-moving environment
