Management Consultant – Technology Sourcing & AI Advisory – DACH

Position Overview
 
Join ISG’s DACH consulting team and kick-start your career at the intersection of technology, sourcing, and AI. As a junior consultant, you’ll help leading organizations rethink how they source, manage, and transform their digital ecosystems – from cloud and infrastructure to next-generation AI-enabled services.
You’ll work side-by-side with experienced advisors on real client challenges, contribute to data-driven analyses, and support high-impact transformation and sourcing initiatives. This role is ideal for curious, analytical minds who want early responsibility, fast learning cycles, and direct exposure to senior clients.

Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to design and deliver sourcing and transformation projects across IT, cloud, and digital services.
  • Support negotiations and supplier selection, helping clients make smarter technology decisions.
  • Apply data-driven and AI-supported insights to improve performance and optimize value.
  • Prepare analyses, workshops, and presentations that turn complex topics into clear client recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with experienced consultants in international project teams and learn directly on the job.
 Required Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, IT, or project management – or a strong interest in building a career in this space.
  • Curiosity about how technology and AI shape the way organizations work and source services.
  • A structured, analytical mindset combined with creativity and a hands-on attitude.
  • Strong communication skills in English and German (C1+).
  • Team spirit, self-motivation, and a genuine interest in learning from real client challenges.

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in a technical or scientific field
