Job description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and resourceful Technical Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience hiring across software development and infrastructure/IT operations domains. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitmentfrom sourcing to onboardingfor roles in both application development (e.g., developers, QA, DevOps) and technical infrastructure (e.g., network engineers, system admins, cloud, cybersecurity).

The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing strategies, stakeholder management skills, and a working understanding of both modern tech stacks and enterprise IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for a variety of IT roles, including both software engineering and infrastructure-related positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers or client stakeholders to understand role requirements, tech stacks, and organizational fit.
  • Build pipelines of talent through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, Boolean search, and direct sourcing.
  • Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, and alignment with the roles scope.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, manage candidate engagement, and support offer negotiation.
  • Track progress and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
  • Stay updated on market trends, role-specific sourcing strategies, and emerging skill sets in IT.
  • Support employer branding or talent outreach efforts where needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, IT, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in tech recruitment, with proven success in hiring both software (e.g., full-stack, QA, DevOps) and infrastructure roles (e.g., cloud engineers, system/network admins, cybersecurity).
  • Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, and creative search methods.
  • Familiarity with job families across development, infrastructure, cloud, and support functions.
  • Effective communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and adjust quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Experience in a recruitment agency, RPO, or BPO/shared services environment is a plus.
