Summary of the role:

This position will help with finding new talent for Quantum Strides including finding the right individuals for information technology positions for Quantum Strides customers and when required also support the needs of the organizations multiple practice areas. The ideal candidate will be a dependable team player with strong recruiting experience and skills, business maturity and enthusiasm and with the ability to deliver a high level of customer service. This role will additionally also coordinate with the Human Resource department to support activities such as offer letter review, reference checks, employee onboarding and offboarding. This position will require working US Eastern time zone (6 AM to 3 PM US EST).

Job Duties and Responsibility:

  • Manage End-to-End Recruitment for Information Technology staffing as well as positions for Quantum Strides Practice Areas. These include recruiting for both Permanent and Contract roles.
  • Work with internal hiring manager(s) or Staffing Account Managers to define and create job descriptions and document specifications. Create a candidate persona for each open position.
  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels including social media, internet, and job boards.
  • Pre-screening prospective candidates to analyze and understand their skills, abilities, and aptitude for the job.
  • Work with organizational leaders to review talent gaps and develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
  • Consistently meet recruiting metrics and achieve recruiting goals and targets regularly
  • Submit weekly recruitment metrics and reporting.
  • Support HR team to review offer letters for accuracy
  • Support the HR Team in conducting Background verification and reference checks
  • Work closely with candidates who have been selected to ensure they onboard and successfully start

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Must have skills and experience:
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience as an IT/Technical Recruiter
  • 3+ years of recent experience working in IT industry.
  • Must have at least 2+ years experience supporting the US staffing market
  • Good experience with varied recruiting techniques including sourcing resumes from the internet and social media, Job Posting, employee / external referrals and Internal Database etc.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search).
  • Must be a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a positive "get-it-done" attitude.
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Good experience in recruiting for niche technology areas (including but not limited to IBM TRIRIGA, ServiceNow) a big plus

Education and Certifications:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
