Job description

We're hiring on behalf of a leading Singapore-based immigration firm known for professionalism, growth, and strong digital presence. We're looking for a talented Social Media & Video Editing Executive to lead content strategy and creation with a clear focus on Chinese-language platforms and audiences.

This is a remote and hands-on role where you'll own the content calendar, drive creative production, and help generate quality leads through sharp, well-crafted content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage a strategic content calendar that aligns with the brand's goals and speaks to its audience.
  • Write engaging Chinese copy for captions, ads, scripts, and storytelling content clear, smart, and on-brand.
  • Create and edit content, including short-form videos, visuals, infographics, and more, tailored to each platform.
  • Post 5+ times per week across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Generate and nurture leads through engaging content and work closely with the sales team to support conversion.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments within 2 working days, and refine your strategy based on insights.
  • Maintain SOPs for content production and performance tracking; report results monthly (followers, leads, reach, engagement, revenue impact).

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media and content creation.
  • Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe, Canva).
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese with a sharp eye for tone, clarity, and performance.
  • Deep understanding of platforms like Xiaohongshu, Douyin, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Solid grasp of what drives engagement and how to translate that into leads.
  • A creative mind with a structured, organised workflow.
  • Creative thinker who can propose out-of-the-box social media ideas.

Salary:
