Motor Bikes Sales Representative (MBSR)

Job Purpose And Objective

  • Present, promote, and sell Kenafric products to existing and prospective customers. Provide excellent customer service and address client needs. Gather market insights and report on customer interests and competitive activities

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Sensitize retail clients of the company products and sell.
  • Report competition activities.
  • Ensuring that quality of service rendered to existing customers & new customer acquisition.
  • Ensure that vendors receive timely and accurate information about the company initiatives such as price changes, new products listings, promotions & new ways of working.
  • Efficiently use company resources to ensure optimal returns for the company. This includes ensuring that the motorcycle, and any other assets as may be allocated by the company are in proper working conditions and available for inspection should the need arise.
  • Insurance Ensure there is valid insurance and properly displaced as required by the authorities
  • Parking ensure the parking permit is paid for and valid throughout the month.
  • Ensure the motorcycle is serviced and always in good condition
  • Respect the traffic rules and avoid accidents.
  • Timely reporting of any accidents however small to the regional coordinators within 12 hours.
  • Secure storage of the motorcycle while not working at the designated/attached stock point.
  • Ensuring the motorcycle is clean & will be held accountable for any damages to the motorcycle out of willful default.
