Job: Human resources Generalist

Location: Baghdad - Iraq

Job type: hybrid ( on-site & remote )

Salary: Starting 900,000 IQD

Time : Full time

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Coordinate and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for all new hires.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and questions, addressing issues promptly and professionally.

Promote a positive work environment by fostering open communication and collaboration.

Compensation & Benefits:

Assist in the administration of employee compensation, benefits programs, and payroll processing.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding employee compensation and benefits.

Training & Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and performance.

Support the implementation of employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Compliance & Policy Management:

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.

Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with current laws and company practices.

Performance Management:

Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.

Support managers in conducting performance appraisals and addressing performance-related issues.

HR Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Prepare and analyze HR reports, metrics, and data to support decision-making.

Requirements:

Minimum of bachelor degree

1 year experience in HR

At least 3 years private sector jobs experience

Good and above English language level

Experience in Microsoft office apps
