Job Title: Part-Time Digital Content & Engagement Specialist

Location: Yarmouk, Part-Time or remotely.

Role Overview: We’re searching for an adaptable and creative Digital Content & Engagement Specialist to take on a part-time position with a wide array of responsibilities. In this role, you’ll create compelling content, manage social media accounts, respond to inquiries, and drive engagement with our audience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop original, high-quality content including blog posts, social media captions, visual assets (with the support of the graphic design team), and promotional copy that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.

  • Social Media Management: Schedule, post, and monitor content across platforms. Maintain a consistent posting schedule and adapt content to fit the unique nature of each channel.

  • Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments, direct messages, and other audience interactions to build a strong online community and foster brand loyalty.

  • Campaign Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to promote content and initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals, utilizing a mix of organic and paid strategies.

  • Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to monitor the success of posts and campaigns, reporting on key metrics, and suggesting improvements for future content strategies.

  • Trend Spotting: Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and industry news to keep our content fresh and relevant.
