Job description

Organizational Profile

CarePortal is Care-Sharing technology that drives action for local kids and families in crisis. We believe that through the Church and Community, there can be More Than Enough care for every child, through the power of Care-Sharing and the love of Jesus. Our goal is to scale meaningful connections through the local church, making a lasting impact on the lives of everyone involved. We mobilize robust Care-Sharing Networks and lead with Courage, Humility, and Excellence.

We do this through the local Church and in collaboration with child-serving organizations, businesses, and people who care—that’s where you come in.

Position Summary

The Network Leader is responsible for executing CarePortal’s strategy within a local community by building strong relationships, growing participation, and supporting a healthy Care-Sharing ecosystem.

This is a community-based, relationship-driven role. Network Leaders are the primary boots-on-the-ground presence of CarePortal, working directly with churches, agencies, champions, implementing partners and community partners to build trust and expand the network.

Network Leaders will spend time in the community, meeting with partners, hosting gatherings, and developing relationships that lead to long-term engagement and impact. Network Leaders focus on establishing market growth strategy, relationship development, recruitment, and local market growth through in-person engagement.

  • Meet regularly with prospective partners to expand the network
  • Establish trust and long-term engagement through consistent, in-person presence

Customer Growth

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective partners
  • Follow up on leads and move prospects through to onboarding

Performance Management

  • Track market performance using key metrics
  • Maintain accurate and consistent pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
  • Align activities to CarePortal’s Strategic Objectives and KPIs

  • Ensure accurate tracking of communication and activity in CRM

  • Represent CarePortal in community, faith-based, and agency events
  • Support and lead local gatherings that drive awareness, connection, and network growth
